How sales work

Mirthify is an independent game creator using The Game Crafter for self publishing. When you order an item from our shop, that begins the production of a single copy of the game — every item sold is unique to you.

Therefore, all sales are final.

Missing pieces

Mirthify is committed to ensuring you have a great experience when playing our games. Every game includes a list of all the parts at the end of the instructions. If you receive a new game delivery that is missing a piece, let us know! Be sure to state that a new game arrived with a missing piece in your message, and we’ll send you a replacement piece at no additional cost to you.

Damaged games

If you receive a new game delivery with damages that impact your gameplay, let us know! Be sure to state that a new game arrived with damage in your message, and we’ll work with you to get it replaced.
